Being a Sanctuary to Yourself
Sunday 13th July, 3.30 - 5.30 p.m.
Join us for an afternoon of reflection, conversation and a delicious tea of sandwiches, scones and cake with Rev Dr Inderjit Bhogal OBE.
The theme of the afternoon will be, 'Being a sanctuary to yourself: the call to love yourself so that you can love your neighbour.'
Inderjit is a Methodist Minister and theologian. He's the founder and president of City of Sanctuary, a network of groups that provides welcome, support and opportunity to people seeking sanctuary, He's the President of the Methodist Peace Fellowship, a former President of the Methodist Conference and former leader of the Corrymeela Community in Northern Ireland.
Cost: we invite a donation of £20 for this event.
